'The Girl that sprouted from Flowers'

by Yash Sinojia

She was the daughter of mother Earth,

else she had no connections, no ties;

just a lonesome dove lost in the wilderness.

Her identity was swallowed deep down the mire,

Her face itself reflected the peaks and the meadows.

She had dedicated her life demystifying the nature,

And synchronized herself with it's harmony.

But life, is a box of chocolates:

She didn't know what was coming,

Although her heart was giving smattering hints.

She wasn't really sure of having roots,

Of restoring her individualism and

Accepting someone as her integral self.

She relied on self-doubt for she was no one.

An independent bird that knew no bounds.
